The Cambridge-Hopkins Restless Legs Syndrome (Version 2) (CHRLS)ΒΆ

The CHRLS questionnaire is a diagnostic self-report assessing symptoms of restless leg syndrome. The questionnaire consists of 13 questions of varying types.
